🔑 Password Reset

Request an account recovery or password change from:

  • Slack Connect: if your company has connected with Basewell via Slack Connect
  • Email: send your request to  support@basewell.com 
  • Chat: use the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any screen on  Basewell.com 

🔍 Billing

All early cohorts are on Basewell’s enterprise plan. This is a price-fixed plan: your price will never increase as long as you remain a Basewell customer + you will always remain on the enterprise plan/highest tier.

Basewell is $8/active seat/month.

New plans & new customer price increases will begin Fall 2022

Active & Inactive Seats

You will only be billed for active seats in your Basewell account:

Active Seat: any seat that is labeled as active in Basewell

→ → These seats usually have active data syncing (such as active employees)

Inactive Seat: any seat that is labeled as inactive in Basewell

→ → These seats will not sync any data until they are reactivated (such as former employees)

Why deactivate seats? Perhaps an employee has moved on from your startup, but you still want to keep their information in Basewell for historical records. By deactivating their account (instead of deleting it), you keep their information in Basewell and will not be charged for their seat after your billing period concludes.

📆 Billing Frequency & Amount

Your plan will renew monthly. The billing amount will be based on the active seats at the time of renewal.

Example:

Month 1: 46 active seats. You would be charged $368.

Month 2: 52 active seats. You would be charged $416.

Month 3: 50 active seats. You would be charged $400.

It does not matter how many inactive seats are in your Basewell account. You are never charged for inactive seats.

🤔 Billing FAQ

What are my payment options – credit card and/or invoicing?

We use secure payment processing through  Stripe . Recurring subscriptions are paid via credit card. Invoicing is not available at this time.

We need to add new seats. How will that be billed?

Active seats are confirmed the day before your account renews. The number of active seats at that time will be what you pay for upon renewal.

We would like to cancel our subscription. How do we do that? Can we get a refund?

Requests for account changes should be emailed to  support@basewell.com .

We do not offer refunds.
